Webkinz Treetop Room: Won’t Show up. Help?

OK so I have the Webkinz Lilkinz Cardinal and I’ve heard of the treetop room. I wan’t to get it so I can make it her (My cardinal Scarlet) room. But when I click buy, it won’t show up. Someone told me to click the spacebar but nothing happens.

    Close the Webkinz application and then clear (empty) the cache on your web browser. Then log back into Webkinz. You should see the new treetop room.
