How do you change the volume or mute on Webkinz?

You can only do it on games! ~ ~ At the Top you can c a thing that looks like a speaker and click on it. Then it should have an X over it.

Well you can do it on the games. If you want the whole thing silent you can mute or turndown the volume on your computer. You can do that by clicking on the little speaker in the bottom right hand corner of your screen.
I am right there with ya…its SO ANNOYING!!! any way, yes you can only partially turn it down on games. otherwise…you either have to listen to it over your other music or mute your whole computer. Join with me in sending Ganz notes about adding a mute button as well as a pause button!!!
You can’t mute it unless you’re in a game, and when you’re in a game, you can only shut off the music-not the sound effects. For example, if I muted Go-Go Googles, I would still hear the clinking noise whenever my Google caught a flower. So, the most you can do is mute the music. You do that by clicking a small purple music note that is in the top-right-hand corner of the game by the “X” To un-mute it, click it again. If you don’t want to be bothered by the music, I suggest you shut your computer volume off and listen to your music on your iPod.
